IMPORTANT UPDATE in regards to your Radiate Face Jelly

Thank you for being a loyal BASE BUTTER customer.  As you know at BASE BUTTER we pride ourselves on being transparent and customer-centric.  Everything we do is to ensure the best customer experience. It is our commitment to you and that’s why we’re reaching out to you today.

Recently we received feedback from a few Beauties noting that they experienced an unpleasant odor upon opening their Radiate Face Jelly. This is not normal.  To ensure there was no issue we collected and tested those jars.  Here’s what we found- over time the seal used caused an odor when it was exposed to heat.  To eliminate this issue we replaced the previous seal with a new design on 06/29/2021 that better protects the formula. It was also determined that the change in smell has no negative effects on the skin.
