STEP 1 - Cleanser
look for products that contain calming herbs like lavender or chamomile in a cleansing lotion format. Labels such as fragrance free, non-comedogenic, gentle of sulfate free are your friend. Avoid harsh chemical based treatments like glycolic acid and alpha hydroxy acids and instead

STEP 2 - Exfoliant/Toner
look for calming, anti-inflammatory ingredients ie. no alcohol for you. Something with beta-glucan will support making skin less sensitive over time.

STEP 3 - Moisturizer
look for labels marked with no alcohol, synthetic dyes, synthetic fragrance.
